Wiltshire Council new chief executive starts in February8.18.00am GMT Sat 9th Jan 2010 Wiltshire Council's new boss Andrew Kerr will start work on February 10th. Andrew comes from Falkirk in Scotland and was previously the chief executive of North Tyneside Council. Andrew has been at North Tyneside since September 2005. Prior to that he was Director of Performance Improvement at Birmingham City Council.
