I congratulate Brian Moore, Wiltshire's New Chief Constable, for reversing the unpopular and counter-productive decision of his predecessor.
Many local residents have told me how unhappy they were about the closures and I'm pleased that Wiltshire Constabulary has listened to concerns that they, I and many other local people expressed. It sends a great signal that Mr Moore wants his officers and the public to work together to combat crime in Wiltshire."
