Day after day, our NHS and care staff are putting their lives at risk to keep us safe and care for the critically ill, suffering from coronavirus.
Working long shifts, often isolated from their families, the sacrifices they are making for us all during this pandemic are incredible.

Yet alarmingly, many aren't getting the support they need. The Government is failing too many NHS and care staff, especially on personal protective equipment (PPE) and testing for coronavirus.

Liberal Democrats here in Wiltshire are welcoming the chance to put their plan for the county.

Wiltshire Liberal Democrats passionately believe that Britain is stronger in the European Union. We are the biggest, strongest anti-Brexit party and we have led the fight to stop Brexit for three years.

Just as important to Liberal Democrats in Wiltshire, is tackling the Climate Emergency. Our candidates are dedicated to cracking down on air pollution and investing in renewable energy, creating green jobs across the UK. This is a global emergency where working from within the EU is needed to lead on this emergency and protect our planet.

Corsham has had a market town charter since 1285 but the few stalls that occupy a corner of the Newlands Road Car Park every Tuesday hardly constitute a proper market. Wiltshire's stretched council services make it unlikely that they can change things.

Local Liberal Democrat and Town Councillor, Neville Farmer believes successful markets boost town centres and community spirit. He is working with other Councillors to explore starting a new market and he's interested to hear what you want.

The long-stay car park is underused, yet residents of the flats and terraced houses in the High Street and surrounding area, are being charged £200 per year, rising to £360, to use this car park. They can't afford it! So they park on the neighbouring streets adding to congestion and frustration.

There is one simple solution: give High St residents affordable permits to park in the empty car parks thereby allowing residents in neighbouring streets to have more opportunity to park outside their own houses!
